as the twilight of our 20somthings dwindle, i am forced to reflect on the a4 mentioned subjects as well. in the last year, i have engaged my love, bought a house, eaten at 2 of my hero’s eateries, been beaten down by the man(several times),vecectomized, and over all, had a pretty good year. though my ability to look many co-workers in the eye has been a subtle and new change, i find it disturbing. am i losing self respect? or is it just the fact that i work with some less than qualified individuals? simple and yet terrifying questions. on this, the eve of my gaining curtilage, the newly green growth of roots is so exciting and the potential end to an over decade long goal. this simple thing, home ownership aka “the Amerikan dream” realized. finally. a very dear friend of mine died one year and five days ago. with out him, many many of these things i am so greatful for would not have been possible. i am glad that my other roots are growing and strong. much peace and love to you and yours, luke, nick, mark, and all the mates, official and otherwise
